What is SELF CATERING?

SELF CATERING is kind of like catering but not exactly.  Let me explain.

You decide the menu (we can help).  Then you tell us what you want to do and don’t want to do.  You can spend all of your time preparing your specialty and let DeFazio’s do the rest.  For example, we can make the appetizers only, or just the soup, or just the entrée.  We can even provide you with chaffing dishes, beautiful platters, silver serving utensils, gorgeous baskets, linens, even a bartender or waiter.  Whatever you want or need!

Remember how much of a hassle it was to get everything ready for last year’s tailgate party, or how about the time when it was your turn to host the swim team?  Don’t forget picnics, or food for the beach.  DeFazio’s will even prepare your holiday meals, graduation parties, housewarming events, cocktail parties, showers, or a good old-fashioned backyard BBQ. 

All you have to do is call DeFazio’s, place your order, drive by and we’ll put it in your car and off you go.  No matter what the occasion, DeFazio’s can take the rush and stress out of entertaining.
