Several years ago we decided that a great way to celebrate our success from the prior year and the opportunity ahead in the upcoming year would be a company-wide awards dinner every January. This event has grown to an offsite dinner for about 80 of our employees, their spouse or significant other and several key venders. Needless to say, it is extremely important that this is done right. 2008 was the eighth year of this tradition and the first year we had DeFazio’s cater the event.

The feedback that I received from practically 100% of our employees was that this year’s event was the "best ever" – primarily because of you and your team. What a difference having the right caterer and food can make! Everyone raved about the food. Your menu suggestions were right on. The service was outstanding. Your staff made everyone feel special. The best part, at least from my perspective, was that you guys took care of it all. With past events (working with other caterers) sometimes I felt like we were doing all the work. From coming up with ideas for the menu, to providing decorations, to planning the agenda you guys did it all! For the first time in years all I had to do was show up and enjoy the event.

Please make sure that you put us on your calendar for 2009. We plan on holding our awards dinner either the 17th or 24th of January. I don't think my staff will let me have the party without you!"
