Our seasons buffet was designed for those of us that prefer straight forward, yet classic cuisine that is very affordable.

  • DeFazio’s Classic Caesar Salad


Choose One of the Following Buffet Entrées:

    Featuring Penne ala Vodka with Imported Pasta Flamed in Vodka, with Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Mushrooms, Garlic,
    Basil, Parsley, Tomatoes, Light Cream and Freshly Grated Cheese
  • Chicken Marsala
    Classic Marsala with Portabella Mushrooms, Garlic & Fresh Herbs
  • Chicken Piccatta
    Chicken Breast, White Wine Capers and Lemon Sauce
