Does DeFazio’s have insurance?
Yes, we have both Business Liability and Liquor Liability insurance.

Does DeFazio’s only cater large events?
No, we cater large and small events.  We offer menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner and parties.  Just like our truck says…box lunches to black tie events, we will cater to your every need.

What services can DeFazio’s provide?
DeFazio’s Catering has been in the business of pleasing clients with our food and service since 1984.  We can provide the staff needed to accommodate your guests,  take care of any rental needs you may have (ie: tables, chairs, tents, etc.) and we have several reputable vendors that we can refer you to for your other needs and wants from bands, DJ’s, flowers to horse drawn carriages rides.  

What color linens can you provide?
We work with a rental company that can provide all of the latest trends and colors.

What is the average cost for a wedding?
Costs of weddings vary depending on your menu selection and other needs that you may require.  We will be happy to set up a meeting at our kitchen or you can contact us via email or phone to go over all the details of your wedding, so that we may provide you with a proposal that will work within your budget.

Does DeFazio’s have to stay at my event?
No, we offer several different options for you and your guests to enjoy DeFazio’s delicious food.  We can prepare your menu and deliver it to you hot and set it up for you, or we can prepare your menu and you can pick it up hot, we can prepare your menu and you can pick it up early and we will give you heating instructions and of course we can prepare your menu and

When I place an order for delivery what type of dishes are used for the food items?
DeFazio’s will provide at no charge black plastic plates and utensils.  We also have other disposable plates and utensils that you can request as well as disposable chaffing dishes.  The food items will be on black disposable dishes or aluminum pans.  If you have dishes that you would like us to use, just bring them into our kitchen and we would be happy to use them.

Do you have different options for plates and cutlery?
Yes, we have options for you to choose.  Our black plastic plates and utensils are included at no charge.  We can show you other styles of plastic plates that are available for a small fee per person.  We can provide stemware, 18/8 flatware and silver rimmed china for your event.  We also work very closely with local rental companies that can provide all the latest trends in dishware.


Will someone meet me at my venue prior to my event?
Yes, we will.  In most cases we prefer to meet you to go over the details and placement of the tables so that what you have envisioned for your event is what DeFazio’s delivers to you.  

Once I have signed my proposal from DeFazio’s, when do I need to provide my final guest count?
A final guest count is requested 10 days prior to your event.  We understand that there may be small changes to your guest count and we will do our best to accommodate these changes.

Does DeFazio’s have a charge for cake cutting?
No, there is no extra charge for us to cut your cake.  This is a service that we provide to our brides.

Does DeFazio’s require a deposit?
Some events that are scheduled do require a deposit.
